The accommodation options consist of two rooms: a budget-friendly option downstairs and an expansive family room upstairs, complete with a balcony to enjoy the surrounding nature. The absence of air conditioning was a noticeable lack, yet the comfort of the mattresses ensured a restful sleep. The location offers convenient access to the train tracks, leading to Ella town, and I found it to be a beautiful walk. I would advise future guests to use a torch for nighttime strolls due to limited street lighting. While the amenities are basic, the value of the service combined with the peaceful environment makes Sunrise Homestay a reasonable choice for travelers seeking comfort without a hefty price tag.
